L'Occitane Samples To Try In Full | Essential Twenty

I’ve mentioned a lot that I love trying samples and deluxe minis of higher end products before splashing my cash on the full size. A brand I’ve collected a lot of samples from over the years is L’Occitane and I’ve been giving them a go recently.

Starting with skincare, including face cream and moisturiser, serums and oils and eye care, I’ve tried a lot recently. A product that I love is the L’Occitane Divine Cream – it is beautiful. It sinks in quickly, it’s like velvet on the skin and it’s firming. All properties I look for in my skincare! Unfortunately I haven’t got £70 to spend on 50ml of face cream, or I would definitely pick this up in the full size.

Another skincare item that I’ve had endless samples of  over the past couple of years is the L’Occitane Precious Eye Balm, and once I’ve got through my rather large eye cream stash, I’d definitely give this a go in full size. Unlike the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment With Avocado that I’ve had my eye on recently, this is a little lighter. In one use my undereyes feel a little tighter, as well as reducing the fine lines that are slowly creeping in. I need something to halt the ageing process!

Body care that I love from L’Occitane that I’ve had in a travel size tube is the L’Occitane Shea Hand Cream (full review here), and I’ve almost used it up after being really stingy with it. It’s nourishing and smells divine – a must add to my collection. Another item I want to purchase for myself is the L’Occitane Roses et Reines Silky Shower Gel. Jack’s sister had this through the summer in her shower and I was using it when staying with his, and fell in love. The scent is fresh, but not overwhelming, and I was definitely impressed that the scent lasted all day on my skin.

The final couple of items I definitely want to purchase after having a couple of samples of are the L’Occitane Repairing Shampoo & Conditioner for Dry & Damaged Hair. Whilst my hair isn’t dry, I’ve had some hair horror stories and I like to keep it in tip-top condition now. When I’ve tried these products in the past I have fallen in love and whilst I don’t spend a lot on hair care usually, I definitely would spend money on these!

L’Occitane doesn’t get enough love in the blogging world, or at least not that I see, and I’m going to sing their praises until everyone finds at least one product that they love from them! Pop into store and test some goodies for yourself.
