Prairie Charms are a company that I’ve been looking to work with for a while. They got in touch with me a while back but I wasn’t ready for a new company to work with at the time, but when I saw their Stocking Stuffer bundle I just had to get involved. As I’ve been reading through other recipients’ posts, I found out that they’re all individual so it’s a great little Christmas present to myself that nobody else has.
Specialising in handmade accessories, these make perfect gifts (but I’m too greedy and won’t be gifting any of these items. I’m keeping them all for me!). A portion of their profits go to charities such as Great Ormond Street and Kiss It Better, meaning that you’re not only buying yourself or someone else a treat, but seriously helping somebody in need. It’s a little late now for considering them for Christmas, but if you’ve got any gifts to buy in the future, I’d definitely recommend looking at buying from Prairie Charms.
Like my #TLSXmas gift swap, I was at my boyfriend’s with zero natural light for this photos so I apologise for the photo quality. I’m hoping in the new year I won’t have this issue! No, we’re not breaking up, I’m just trying to convince him to sort out his blinds.
Firstly, I want to know where this wrapping paper is from because it’s gorgeous and really great quality. Each present came individually wrapped (so I could’ve saved them until Christmas day but I was too impatient!) and was delivered in that beautiful sparkly packaging.
I received five presents in my package, four of which can be seen above. It was a real mix of hair accessories and jewellery and I was so excited to receive a couple of these bit for sure.
If you follow me on instagram you’ll have seen this necklace last week. It’s very me as I love cutesy little neckalces like this, and I can’t wait to pair it with my Christmas day outfit.
As I’m writing this post, I can just imagine me wearing this over a bun when my hair a little worse for wear. This star grip is unbelievably sparkly, but there is no glitter fall out so that’s thumbs up from me.
I’ve been meaning to buy hair ties like this for the longest time but just not got around to it yet. Both of these could definitely be worn out of the festive season, but the deer one is obviously that little bit more festive than the mint green one. These are also a lot more comfortable to wear on a your wrist than a true hair bobble, which is great because I always have to have one on me for labs but don’t like the discomfort of normal ties.
This is definitely being stuck in my hair on Christmas Day. I love bows, and this Christmas pudding one is absolutely adorable. Apart from the gingerbread man necklace, this is definitely my favourite gift in the parcel.
Last but not least are these star earrings. They’re absolutely tiny and super glittery, and the only way to get the full effect was to put flash on (sorry guys). These are really cute and I can definitely see myself wearing them, especially since I don’t really wear big earrings that often.
I’m definitely going to consider buying some products from their website in the future because the items here are such incredible quality, and looking at their website, everything is reasonably priced and would make perfect gifts.
