A Burt’s Bees Gift Selection

It’s the first day of Blogmas! I doubt most people reading this now saw my blogmas posts from last year, so if you want to check those out, you can find them here. As I really enjoyed doing them so I thought I’d jump back on it again this year. There’s a slight difference this year in that last year was more about my Christmas memories and wishlists, whereas this year it’s more about me reviewing products that I think could make a great Christmas and how to make you life a little easier this festive season. And this year I’m kicking it off with a review.

I’m a sucker for a gift set. They’re always such a steal! And whilst I’m not doing any traditional gift guides this season, I have a few product reviews coming up that I’ve saved just for Blogmas as I think they’ll make brilliant presents. And that’s how I’m kicking off blogmas – with a selection of gifts from Burt’s Bees.

Burt’s Bees have a huge selection of gifts this Christmas to suit all budgets, and make brilliant presents. Whether you’re looking for a little secret santa gift, a stocking filler or something a little more substantial then I’m sure there is something for you.

If you’re after a slightly smaller stocking filler or gesture gift, Bit of Burt’s* (£5.99) has got to be a great starting point for you. Containing a Beeswax Lip Balm and a Mini Hand Salve, you can’t go wrong! And if you’re looking for something with a little more flavour, there is a choice of Pomegranate, Coconut & Pear, or Vanilla Bean lip balm which each come with a mini Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream.

If you’re looking at spending a little more on somebody, I recommend snapping up the Naturally Nourishing Sets* (£9.99). These are a fabulous option to pick up for a busy body as these can be thrown into a handbag and they’re always going to be useful. Containing one of their standard lip balms and a 50ml tube of handcream, I’m definitely going to be keeping this for myself because I’m always looking for a hand cream that will keep my hands soft, other than the one I’m currently in love with. The beeswax set can be bought anywhere that Burt’s Bees is sold, but the flavoured ones (Mango, Vanilla Bean & Wild Cherry) are exclusive to Holland and Barrett.

If you’re buying for more of a makeup lover, then the Nature’s Kiss Set* (£9.99) will be right up their street. This set contains a Lip Shimmer and a Lip Crayon, which are both very subtle My Lips But Better shades. If the person in question isn’t into glossy nudes then I’d probably give it a miss, but if they love a bit more of a sheen on their lips then this is a fabulous gift.

Looking to spend a little bit more? I’m so impressed with the Nature’s Gift* (£14.99) than I want to buy a load more to gift to people…except I have noone to buy for. This set contains two lipbalms, a hand salve, a deep cleansing cream and a foot cream which makes for a beautiful present for people who are a little more into their body and skincare.

There’s definitely something for every age group, and my mum is currently trying to convince me to gift her all of these. If you’re really stuck this Christmas, then pop to your nearest retailer that stocks Burt’s Bees, including Holland & Barrett, M&S, Boots and Waitrose! And let me know if you pick any of these up, whether for yourself or for a friend.
