I’ve mentioned on a number of occasions that I’m definitely a balm and oil cleanser girl over cream cleansers, and over the past few months I’ve found a firm favourite. On evenings that I’ve forgotten to take my makeup off with micellar water before getting to the bathroom, I’ve been using the Dermalogica Precleanse*, an oil cleanser perfect to removing the majority of makeup before a deeper cleanse.
I’m sure after Monday’s post, you’re all eager to see which other skincare items I’ve picked up recently. I told you I’ve introduced a lot of a new products into my collection! I’m actually more interested in trying out skincare over makeup at the moment which is a welcome change for my heaving Alex drawers! This post focuses more around the high end and products that aren’t as easy to get your hands on, but to be honest the majority still aren’t ridiculously expensive as far as skincare goes. I mean, there’s no La Mer in here so don’t worry about that!
My skincare regime has taken a bit of a dive recently. Yes, I am holding my hands up to say that I am really pants at skincare. Sure, I always remove my makeup at night (currently with my Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser) and wash my face in the morning. I even apply moisturiser…sometimes. Okay I admit it, I’m terrible. But one step I haven’t been missing out is the exfoliation step, and that’s all thanks to the Dermalogica Daily Superfoliant*.
