As this post goes live, I should, fingers crossed, be sat on a plane at Stansted Airport ready to take off for 8 days in Spain with my family and Jack. I’ve not had a holiday since America, and I’ve not had a beach holiday since 2012 so this is much needed! Whilst I’m not taking a lot of makeup with me, these are three products, as well as the lipstick options, that are definitely going in my suitcase.
Welcome back to another Sunday on Essential Twenty, meaning another makeup declutter. Today’s post is all about the concealers I’m saying goodbye to. Let’s be honest, we all know that I’d get rid of every single one I own in favour of the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer, but I’ve still left a few options in my collection…for now.
My second Face Mask Friday, and the second instalment of my face mask collection. Last week I told you all about what’s in my main collection, but today I’m chatting about all the single-use face masks that are all in my stash.
Today is the start of Face Mask Friday. I have an awful lot of face masks that I use on a regular basis that I’ve never talked about on my blog, and I’m definitely going to start! I tend to buy face masks after seeing them mentioned on my favourite blogs, so why shouldn’t I start talking about them? Every Friday for the foreseeable future I’m going to be talking about face masks in one way or another, and I’m starting today with an Updated Face Mask Collection.
We all know that highlighters are having their time, and I’m on board with it. Not chunky glitter highlight, but I’m definitely all about that subtle sheen. I feel like the best way to achieve something a little more subtle is using a cream but I always forget to use them as they sit at the back of a drawer that I don’t go into until after I’ve powdered. Whoops?
Over the last couple of weeks I’ve used a cream or a liquid highlight most days to decide which ones I’d recommend and which ones I’d steer clear of in the future.
After the success of my Rediscovering Nudes post last week (most ever likes on a post, yes lads), I decided to do the same with blushes I don’t get enough use out of.
This post is another 5 days of underloved makeup – blush edition.
