We all know that most bloggers love Lush, and I am no exception (if you’ve been around here for a while you’ll have a seen many a post about Lush). When I headed home a few weeks ago I delved deep into my stash for a week full of pampers.
Many of these are left over from seasonal ranges so unfortunately you can’t buy them right now, but I’m sure they’ll be back soon!
My all time favourite Lush product is Mmmelting Marshmallow Moment, and I was heartbroken that they’d reformulated it to an oil rather than a melt. It still smells amazing, and costs half the price (£2 instead of the previous £3.95), but the original formula of a melt rather than a oil was much more up my alley. I will repurchase this because of the scent but it is just a bath oil, and I can buy other ones.
Before I tried the Melting Marshmallow Moment and decided I wasn’t fussed on the formula, I bought You’ve Been Mangoed. So many people had said that they love the scent so for £2 I thought I’d get myself a little treat, and I feel similarly about it as I do the Marshmallow Moment. It smells nice, although definitely more citrus-y than like mango, but I don’t know if I’ll be repurchasing any time soon because it is just a bath oil.
I bought Honey Bee when I went to the Lush Spring Event the other week as I’d been eyeing it up for ages. And it doesn’t not disappoint. It’s got a similar scent to the Honey, I Washed The Kids Soap although it is a much lighter scent. It does look like someone has had a wee in the bath but it’s such a light scent and I definitely don’t think it could offend anyone.
Golden Wonder is a product that I know a lot of people love when it comes out at Christmas, but I had never tried it before. I love the blue tone that it left the bath, and the stars are so pretty! If they bring this out again this year it’ll definitely be on my list to buy.
Lover’s Lamp is something that I received as a replacement for my missing products when I bought some products in the Christmas Sale, and this is a different kind of bath bomb in my opinion. It reminds me of butter ball in the fact that it’s incredibly moisturising thanks to the hearts that act like a bath oil.
A product that I’ve been waiting a long time to use in Intergalactic. This was by far the prettiest product I used during my week of baths, and it’s one that been sitting in my stash for the longest time. I bought this way back in the summer and just haven’t used it yet.
When I was at the Lush Spring Event, I was gifted Green Bubbleroon*, and since I’ve never tried a bubbleroon before it was one of the first products I wanted to try when I got home. I used half of this in the bath, although you could probably get four uses out of it (I just love a really bubbly bath), and I love how fresh is smells. This is definitely a spring scent and makes for a very relaxing bath.
It’s really bugging me that I don’t remember buying this, but I think it was in November or December at some point. This is the Magic of Christmas, which smells beautiful. It is basically Christmas is a bubble bar, smelling of orange and winter spice. I’ve never used a bubble wand from Lush before as Bubble Bars are never my go to products, but I love that you can get so may uses out of it!
