We all know that I love makeup, both drugstore and high end. And since I’ve seen this tag floating around I thought it’d be fun to calculate who much my daily makeup costs.
This isn’t necessarily my every day makeup because I tend to switch it up quite regularly, but this is what I wore last Friday.
I’ve used the GBP retail prices for these, even though a fair few of these bits I picked up in America. The only thing I’ve calculated using the exchange rate is the Lorac PRO Palette as you cannot buy this here, and this was true as of the 4th April 2016.
Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Primer – £10
Freedom Pro Correct Palette – £5
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer (Ivory) – £5.49
Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation (True Ivory) – £8.99
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder (Translucent) – £3.99
Nars Bronzing Powder (Laguna) – £27.50
MAC Powder Blush (Dolly Mix) – £18.50
MAC Mineralise Skin Finish (Soft & Gentle) – £24
Urban Decay Primer Potion (Travel Size) – £16
Lorac Pro Palette – £30.80
Soap & Glory Supercat Liner – £6
Bourjois Kohl & Contour Eye Liner (Black) – £4.99
Seventeen Long Lash Mascara* – £6.99
Smashbox Shape Matters Palette – £60
Natural Collection Clear Mascara – £1.99
MAC Matte Lipstick (Velvet Teddy) – £15.50
Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray (Travel Size) – £9
Okay so that comes to a total of £254.74. Whoops? I definitely blame the Smashbox palette for this since it’s quite a pricey palette for what you get, especially since I only use it on a daily basis for my brows.
Let me know if you’ve done this post because I’m super nosey, and would love to know how much you spend on your daily makeup look.
