Face Mask Friday is back! I took a little break whilst I was away on holiday but for the forseeable future there will be a new face mask review every Friday. Today’s post is a looking at another of the Soap & Glory Face Masks (after I reviewed the No Clogs Allowed Mask not too long ago), The Fab Pore 2-in-1 Facial Mask & Peel.
A couple of weeks ago I popped onto the Superdrug website to treat myself to a couple of the products from the new Zoella collection and ended up dropping almost £40. Whoops? Whilst of course I’ll be reviewing most of these things in due course, I’m going to share what I bought here just to let you know what I’ve been picking up recently. You can also check out my brand new shop page which I plan to update every time I add anything to my beauty collection so you can keep on top of my stash. Look at me being a pro blogger! Disclaimer: this will of course contain affiliate links (sorry if you don’t like them; you don’t have to click through). It’s currently missing a couple of bits from this post due to a photography issue but I promise to update this as soon as the issue is resolved.
Wow I’ve done really badly at finishing up products this month. I feel like I’ve used up a lot of sachets and just stuck them straight in the bin, and I’ve got a lot of products that are a couple of uses away from being finished. However, I probably won’t be doing an empties in August as I’m going away for two and a half weeks and I’m not sure if I’ll get much used up that is actually mine. We’ll see. But for now, here is my very pitiful attempt at an empties post.
I try a lot of skincare. Like, a lot. But I always find myself repurchasing the Garnier Micellar Water for a few reasons which I’m going to share with you today. This is the final post I have scheduled due to my holiday (I’m probably on a downer with post-holiday blues right now), but that means you can expect my regular posting schedule back soon.
My name is Sophie and I am rubbish at applying SPF. In 4 days I’m jetting off to Spain (are you sick of me talking about it yet? I’m in dire need of a holiday) and on more than one occasion I’ve had severe sunburn. I’ve got to the point where my skin has blistered, scabbed and scarred on my shoulders. I’ve been sick, I’ve been unable to sleep and I’ve had a blooming miserable holiday. Now I’m older, I’m definitely an advocate for wearing sun cream.
